INVOKEBY FORGESIGHTS

Legal

Privacy

Invoke is built so this page can stay short. Most apps' privacy policies have to be long because they collect a lot. We don't — on Mac, iPhone, or iPad.

The short version

Invoke does not sell your data, doesn't run analytics, has no advertising SDKs, and never sends your prompts to a ForgeSights server. There is no ForgeSights server. The iPhone keyboard has no networking code and cannot transmit a keystroke even if someone tried to make it.

What we collect

Nothing. Invoke does not phone home, does not send analytics, and does not include third-party SDKs that do. There is no ForgeSights server holding your prompts, account, or activity — because there is no ForgeSights server at all.

Where your data lives

On your device, and — if you enable sync — in your private CloudKit container under your Apple ID. Apple manages CloudKit, so the same private-database model that protects your iMessage backups protects your library. ForgeSights cannot read it. We could not retrieve a single prompt for you if you asked us to, because we do not host any of it.

Accessibility permission (Mac)

On macOS, Invoke requests Accessibility permission to write your prompt into the focused text field. The same API can also read text. We do not. Invoke never reads field contents — that path is not implemented anywhere in the app.

Full Access keyboard permission (iPhone, iPad)

On iOS, Invoke ships a custom keyboard. You enable it from Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards, then turn on Allow Full Access. iOS shows that toggle a stern warning because some keyboards have used Full Access to ship typed text to a server. Invoke's keyboard does not. The reason we need Full Access is that App Group access — required to read your prompt library inside the keyboard process — is itself gated behind that toggle on iOS. The keyboard has no networking code. It cannot send what you type anywhere. We never see, log, or transmit a single keystroke.

Share extension (iPhone, iPad)

Invoke includes a share extension so you can save selected text from any app as a new prompt. The extension only runs when you explicitly invoke it from the share sheet, and the text you choose is written directly into your local + iCloud library. It does not call out to any server.

Subscriptions

Invoke offers a 3-month free trial, then $3.99/month. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. ForgeSights never sees your payment information, name, or billing address. Receipts are validated locally on-device; no transaction data is sent to ForgeSights. You can cancel anytime in Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Third-party AI

Invoke does not call ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI service. It inserts your saved prompt into whatever app you choose to use — that app's privacy policy governs what happens after the text leaves Invoke.

Children

Invoke is rated 4+ in the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from any user, including children, because we do not collect data from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes, we'll update this page and call out the change in-app. The effective date is recorded below.
