Terms of Use

Invoke offers a single subscription: 3 months free, then $3.99 per month, charged to the Apple ID associated with the App Store at the start of each renewal period.

Payment is billed by Apple, not ForgeSights, through your App Store account. ForgeSights never receives or stores your payment details.

The subscription auto-renews monthly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on the device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.

If you cancel during the 3-month free trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you keep full access until the trial's last day and are not charged. Cancellations made within the 24 hours before the trial ends may not stop the first monthly charge — Apple processes the renewal up to 24 hours before the period ends.

Refunds are processed by Apple under Apple's published refund policy. ForgeSights cannot grant App Store refunds directly.

An active subscription unlocks the full Invoke experience across every Apple device you sign into with the same Apple ID: the Mac menu-bar app, the iPhone and iPad app, the custom iOS keyboard, and the share extension.

You can save unlimited prompts, organize them by keyword and project, sync them privately through your iCloud account, and insert them into any compatible app.

Invoke is published by Brandon Nichols (sole proprietor, doing business as ForgeSights). For everyday use, this distinction does not matter; for legal correspondence, the responsible party is Brandon Nichols dba ForgeSights.

Brandon Nichols grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Invoke on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA for licensed applications, which governs alongside this document. Apple's Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Invoke. You may not redistribute the application or any of its components.

Invoke is a tool for organizing and inserting your own prompts into apps you choose. You are responsible for the content of the prompts you save and what you do with them inside other applications.

Don't use Invoke to commit a crime, harass anyone, or violate the terms of the apps you insert text into. Beyond that, your prompt library is yours.

Invoke is provided 'as is.' We work hard to keep it correct and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service — particularly because most of the syncing infrastructure is Apple's CloudKit, which is outside our control.

ForgeSights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Invoke. Where applicable law does not allow this limitation, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Privacy is covered in detail at /privacy. The short version: Invoke collects no analytics, has no advertising SDKs, runs no ForgeSights server, and the iOS keyboard has no networking code.

We may revise these terms when we ship material changes to the product, pricing, or subscription model. The latest version is always at this URL, dated below. Continued use of Invoke after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
